We’d love to meet you!In addition to being enthusiastic, personable & friendly, you’ll also: Generate membership sales through active community engagement, off-site and on-site events, and prospecting via our Sales Process Educate prospective members to our history, culture and membership options Follow-up on all prospects by using Hardcore Fitness sales systems and processes Maintain accurate records of all prospective and current members through our CRM system Book membership appointments and conduct club tours using established Hardcore Fitness sales processes Work closely with the club’s General Manager to meet weekly and monthly sales goals Remain knowledgeable and current on all Hardcore Fitness membership options, services, products, pricing and promotion schedule Prepare for, attend and actively participate in sales meetings and club events as directed by the Club Owner and/or General Manager Serve as a great member of our Membership Sales Team by supporting other staff in achieving their goals and maintaining a positive relationship with all staff and members Successfully complete Hardcore Fitness Onboard Training and Sales Process TrainingMore about this role: Due to the nature of the position, we do require a probation period to allow adequate training and performance of our sales process.
During this short period, you will work part-time and, upon successful completion of the probation period, will transition to full-time status.Position Requirements: Strong communication, customer service and sales experience High school diploma, college preferred Must be able to successfully demonstrate proficiency in all testing requirements after training, including gym tours, lead inquiries, time management and the Hardcore Fitness sales process.
