Graveyard Lobby Security Officer

• As Lobby representatives, it is our duty to welcome potential residents, guests, and visitors as they arrive. Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitors entrances and exits.
• GSI seeking dependable security officers able to work independently and within groups.
• Able to multi-task and problem solve, possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to respond to requests from management in a timely and expeditious fashion.
• Must be Computer Savvy, able to look up and find access information.
• Must ALWAYS possess a friendly and bright demeanor while on shift.
• Watch for irregular and or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazard.
• Strong organizational skills and able to maintain detailed written records and other documentation
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
