Position Production Artist Location Fully RemoteOff-site Starts Interviewing Now Duration Possible Full Time Status Freelance to Full Time Rate DOE Our food packaging client is looking for a Production Artist to join their team in a freelance capacity. The ideal candidate with have strong packaging layout and project management skills and can easily switch between working independently and being a key part of a team. Responsibilities – Provide layout support for new and existing packaging – Traffic files through appropriate proofing processes – Prep and release packaging files to vendors and provide regular status updates on projects – Research and compile information from existing packaging and communicate findings to internal teams – Ensure timely, high-quality design and pre-press and accurate output of packaging deliverables Requirements – Exceptional knowledge of design principles, print production process and printing methods – Strong time management, organizational and project management skills – Exceptional communication interpersonal skills – Ability to work in a team environment, under pressure of tight deadlines – Packaging design in food production andor a corporate environment is a major plus Benefits Health, dental vision 401k CAL Submit resume (and samples if applicable) to
