Gasp is seeking a talented and multifaceted Graphic Design Intern to support our creative team. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment with challenging deadlines. Professionalism and attention to detail are a must. We expect interns to bring a head-down, elbows-up work ethic. In return, interns will learn step by step what it takes to produce top quality work that merits the Gasp seal of approval.The duration of the internship is 3 months, with a commitment of 12 20 hours per week on site. Pay rate is $15.00 per hour. Parking is not included.Interested candidates should attach samples of their work and/or links to their online portfolio, relevant personal blog and social media presence.Requirements:2-3 years minimum design work experience or education.Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.Thorough understanding of typography, color theory, layout design.Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.Photography, video and/or web development skills a plus.
