Summary
We’re looking for an experienced creative producer to lead a newly formed team for Kuaishou’s International Business. As our global production lead, you will hire a team of producers, partner with world class agencies, and execute a wide variety of campaigns and initiatives to evolve, launch, and scale the Kuaishou brand globally. Your impact will be felt across the business, driving increased awareness, organic user growth, creator and partner engagement, and ultimately helping Kuaishou to secure an outsized share of the global short and live video market, as that market continues to grow exponentially. This role will report to the Head of Global Brand & Creative.
Responsibilities
● Launch a new global brand identity and campaign in your first 12 months
● Produce a wide range of brand creative for offline, digital, and social media
● Develop brand guidelines, brand campaign concepts, and asset toolkits for regional execution
● Support regional creative teams in development of marquee activations in local markets
● Partner with other marketing and x-functional teams to ensure that brand creative guidelines are applied across User Growth, Product, Content, Partnerships, HR/Employer and every touchpoint
Qualifications
● Ambition to positively impact global culture and the next generation of social media
● 12+ years experience as a creative producer, ideally with a mix of agency and in-house experience, and at least 4 years in a senior creative production role
● Deep experience leading brand creative development from briefing to integrated execution
● Experience originating brand campaigns globally, then partnering with internal and agency teams to successfully activate those concepts regionally and locally
● Experience in consumer tech, social media, and streaming video strongly preferred
● Organized and detail-oriented, but also comfortable operating in a dynamic, startup-like environment where teams may need to rapidly evolve or pivot plans as needs and priorities change
