Position Type: Full-Time Work Location: Aurora, IL This role is eligible to participate in ALDI’s Hybrid Work Program, which allows remote work up to 3 days per week (i.e., work remotely up to 3 days per week; work in-office at least 2 days per week) Duties and Responsibilities: Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Consults with the business to effectively design and streamline processes focusing on global standardization within the domain.

• Guides evolution of software solutions within the domain, including global requirements gathering, assessment/prioritization of functionalities, and steering of supply chain software design projects.

• Recommends process improvements for area of responsibility.

• Acts as lead in the management of global demands utilizing Demand to Solution processes within the domain.

• Uses expertise to steer evolution of software solutions, including global requirements gathering, prioritization of demands, and steering of supply chain software design within the domain.

• Seeks out training and development opportunities and upskills team members.

• Leads change management activities with the business and end-users.

• Leads team to work in concert with the overarching company strategy and models ALDI core values in daily work.

• Stays up-to-date on industry best practices, identifies and shares relevant industry related news / information.

• Capitalizes on cost-saving opportunities and designs potential process improvements.

Encourages team to do the same.

• Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to leadership.

• Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field required.

• A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in grocery and / or retail supply chain required.

• Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.

• Experience defining software specifications from user requirements or similar discipline required.

Physical Requirements:
• Work is performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone and other office equipment are used as needed to perform duties.

• Regularly required to sit, reach, grasp, stand and move from one area to another.

• Constantly and repeatedly use keyboard/mouse.

• Occasionally required to push, pull, bend, lift and move up to 25 lbs.

Travel:
• International & Domestic travel required.

• Up to 25%.
