Garde Manger

Elf is seeking a talented and experienced Garde Manger and Prep cook with a focus on technique and finesse. We are seeking a part/full time cook who is available both days and evenings to work in our small and tight-knit kitchen. Have fun, work hard and use beautiful ingredients. You will be working directly with the CDC prepping and executing plates in a 17 year old, established, internationally recognized and acclaimed restaurant. Our focus is working with small local providers to create and serve the highest quality dishes possible. We are striving to be the best neighborhood restaurant that we can be and would love to talk to you if you love cooking and are a career path culinary minded individual. Minimum of 1 year professional kitchen experience is a must. An eye and palate for detailsmanship, consistency and excellence are expected. Wine knowledge a plus.
