Funding Coordinator

TwinFold Capital is seeking a Funding Coordinator to provide exceptional service and support in our operations division in our Downtown Los Angeles location.

Funding Coordinators assist with the documentation and funding of transactions.

Duties include preparing documentation, compiling and auditing funding packages, and clearing funding conditions.

Funding Coordinators are also in constant communication with sales account managers, clients, vendors, and capital sources to ensure efficient and timely funding of transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Review and complete loan documentation requests

• Work with sales account managers, clients, vendors, and institutional capital sources to satisfy funding stipulations

• Compile and review funding packages for accuracy and completeness

• Collect, organize, and distribute documentation to fund assigned transactions

• Maintain client information in client relationship management application

Responsible for the management of the funding contract pipeline for the company.

• Responsible for effectively managing the collection of all stipulations and required funding documents.

• Quality control and loan funding documentation prior to forwarding to commencement.

• Meet efficiency, productivity, and quality targets as set out by Upper Management.

• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency with improvements to function as well as coordinate and communicate between support and business functions.

• Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Two years of experience funding loan transactions

• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills

• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team framework

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

• Ability to comply with confidentiality guidelines

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, Salesforce
