This position will lead the implementation of customer facing web and API solutions to support the launch of new patient support programs for new brands & indications, building new capabilities, lead technology optimization and application modernization, etc.

and will play key role in the digital transformation of the patient services ecosystem to deliver end-to-end next generation technology capabilities that will elevate the patient and user experience.Responsibilities Lead the application architecture, design and development of web applications and web API for Patient Services organization using Microsoft .NET stack.

Partner with product owners, solutions architects, engineering, and operations teams in translating the business requirements into technical requirements, design solutions that will meet the business goals and help build high performance and scalable solutions to help business win.

Support the cross-functional teams in project planning activities, estimation, evaluating risks and prioritize needs based on requirements.

Lead the team of .NET and SQL Server developers, providing technical leadership to the technical team members, providing direction, coaching and mentor the team.

Develop/build code of high-priority and high complexity web and API applications according to the requirements in a fast-paced Agile work environment Define and enforce coding standards, coding principles and best application design standards and review them regularly.

Review, validate and approve estimations provided by Vendor partners.

Identify opportunities for continuous Perform code review sessions and provide any recommendations to improve performance of the application within patient services.

Create, update technical documents, and review documents provided by vendor partners.

Research and recommend technology upgrades to the existing .Net applications within patient services.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on various projects to come up with integration requirements.

Participate in all agile ceremonies including Daily Stand Ups, Retrospectives, Sprint Planning and Sprint Review Perform capacity planning, infrastructure upgrade planning, development framework upgrade planning and ensure applications are running in scalable and modernized environmentQualificationsQualifications Bachelors Degree with 6 years experience; Masters Degree with 5 years experience; PhD with 0 years experience in software design and development, database design and development, and system integration using Microsoft .NET Technology stack Hands on experience in design and development of Web Applications, Web API, interactive UI, database and integration solutions using Microsoft .NET technology stack.

Hands on Expertise in Microsoft .NET Stack (C#, Web API, .Net Core, ASP.NET MVC), IIS, SQL Server, SSIS, GIT, Azure DevOps Hands on Expertise in Object Oriented Programming/Object Oriented Application Design using C#.

Hands on Experience in Continuous Integration & Deployment (CI/CD) Automation Hands on Experience in using JavaScript, CSS, jQuery Hands on Experience in Angular, React is preferred, but not required.

Experience with all aspects of CI/CD including build/test/deployment automation, preferably Azure DevOps Experience in working on applications which are highly integrated.

Development Experience on AWS or any Cloud Platforms would be a definite plus Knowledge and hands-on Experience with Test Driven Development.

Experience working on n-tier & SOA web applications (UI, Service Layer, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer).

Experience in containerizing web and API solutions is preferred.

Experience of application and database performance tuning is required.

Relational database knowledge including database design, SQL, query tuning, index optimization and general database design (normalization, dimensional modeling etc.) is required Ability to develop secure solutions and knowledge of industry best practices regarding information security.

Understand Agile practices (daily scrum, iteration planning, retrospective) and follow the same Communicate technical concepts effectively to team members.

Research and follow industry trends regarding technologies and techniques.
