The Role: The Fulfillment Associate will be responsible for the fulfillment duties of our recently launched vault product, which provides secure storage for trading cards, collectibles, and memorabilia.
The Fulfillment Associate reports to the Head of Operations and Supply Chain.
Responsibilities:
· Pull items from warehouse
· Receive and unpack packages
· Confirm package contents and inventory items
· Tag and organize items for storage
· Photograph items
· Upload item information and photos to web database
· Pull items from vault (Delaware) for shipping or return to warehouse (NJ)
· Safely pack items according to instructions
· Generate shipping labels through assigned carriers
· Update web database as needed Requirements
· High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s Degree a plus)
· Basic photography skills (photography experience a plus)
· Attention to detail
· Ability to work quickly while minimizing errors
· Ability to meet deadlines while working with minimal supervision
· Ability to work for extended periods of time on your feet
· Ability to lift packages up to 50lbs
· Reliable transportation as this role will be onsite in both NJ and Delaware
