The problems you will solve are as varied as our customers, who range from the Department of Defense, financial institutions, healthcare, state, local and federal government, and other industries along with their customers.
If You Join Us, You Will:
Own the engineering solution, from concept to implementation and beyond
Contribute to the design, development, validation, deployment and monitoring of multiple features for one or more cloud services running in production at scale using AWS or similar web stack
Identify customer MVPs
Make technical trade-off decisions and provide recommendations on the best options
Develop infrastructure and internal services that allow us to increase speed of delivery while increasing the quality of the customer’s products and services
Contribute to incident resolution and facilitation of cross functional troubleshooting and root cause analysis of difficult technical problems
Participate in code and design reviews
Communicate with key stakeholders ensuring business goals and visions are met
Be part of a cross-functional product team that respects, supports, and pushes for continuous improvement

Knowledgeable of industry standards and best practices
DevOps practitioners
Experienced with IT Architecture and System Integration
Experienced in one or many object-oriented programming languages
Familiar with implementing and using AWS or other similar cloud technologies
Aware of software development risks, with an appreciation for what is technically feasible
Able to maintain a high level of coding, testing, and engineering standards
Able to be flexible and adaptable if changes in priorities occur
Self-starters and fast-learners who are able to independently research and resolve issues using appropriate resources
Comfortable working with multi-disciplinary, multicultural, and geographically dispersed teams
Confident and proactive in communicating challenges or opportunities
Committed to their personal success, as well as success of their peers
Technologists at heart and leaders in practice
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years relevant coding experience in React and/or TypeScript
3+ years relevant experience using web development frameworks
3+ years cloud experience a plus
Passion for learning new technologies and applying design patterns
Demonstrated ability to drive and articulate technical challenges and solutions
BS/MS in Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experienced in collaborating with customers, UX, and non-technical partners
Exposed to developing big data, AI/ML, event-streaming, edge-computing, cybersecurity solutions
Salary Range: Negotiable, Based on Experience
