Job Summary
Represent Action Property Management and the association by greeting residents, guests, and other visitors at the Front Desk in a welcoming and professional manner.
Maintain the appearance of the Front Desk area, Lobby, and main elevators
Monitor lobby activity and maintain access control
Provide concierge services
Complete Daily Activity Report
Receive and distribute resident parcels
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Address resident and guest concerns and questions
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the association’s governing documents
Scheduled: Fridays and Saturdays from 6:00 am
– 2:30 pm.

Compensation: $16.00 Hourly

Requirements
Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
At least 6 months of customer service experience.

Hospitality, luxury retail, or fine dining experience is highly desired.
Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
Upbeat and positive team player attitude.
Strong judgment and solutions-oriented
Proactive customer service approach
