The successful candidate will be a people-person who can multi-task, is detail oriented, learns quickly, is capable of working independently, has a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.Skills, Experience and Education Required* Minimum 1 year front desk/client service experience within a medical office or medical spa/salon environment* Experience with salon/spa scheduling software and sales register knowledge* Experience answering numerous calls and dealing with client issues over the phone* Must have dependable transportation and be able to commit to flexible work schedules* Exemplary customer service orientation in dealing with the public in person and by telephone* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously* Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment* Prior experience working in within any of the following industries: salon, spa, cosmetic, or luxury skin care* Minimum High-School diploma or equivalent* Cosmetician or esthetician license/studies a plus* Ability and desire to work and/or live in the Los Angeles metropolitan area* ClearCompany submissions only, please.MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY AND MUST WORK ON THE WEEKENDS – PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET THIS QUALIFICATION
