Answer and direct incoming callsRespond to voicemails left by the end of your shiftGreet all incoming clients and guest with excellent customer serviceMaintain the confidentiality of all clients and program recordsNotify proper staff of arrivals and dischargesEnsure you are informed of all client transportations activityConfirm all documents, property, and funds are preparedAssist clients with questions regarding house accounts (balance and adding funds)Schedule massage and acupuncture appointments for clientsFile and have all needed forms readily availableMaintain conference room and great room reserve logAdd and deduct funds from client accountsAssist management on projects when needed Qualifications: Education/Experience:High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.Ability to read and interpret written information; write clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling and grammar.

Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; demonstrates group presentation skills; and participates in meetings.Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Ability to be capable of dealing with the possible frustrations involved in working within an agency that services individuals recovering from drug and alcohol addictions, who may experience mental health issues.Must be able to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and flexible hours.Physical RequirementsAAC is committed to principles of equal opportunities for all employees.
