Front Desk Associate

We’re going to need temps to work in 8 hour shifts, Friday/Saturday/Sunday and Holidays – PLEASE NOTE THIS WILL REQUIRE WEEKEND/HOLIDAY SHIFTS.
Targeting a start date of 11/19 if possible.

The interview process will be a quick 15/20 min zoom interview – Please make sure you can access Zoom if needed.
Front Desk Worker Will work in 2 person teams – One person will check the vaccine card and the other will put a wristband on them
Candidates may have to work special premieres during the week as needed.

Could be up to 34/32 hours a week but that could change depending on the volume of tickets for that week.

Operation hours of operation are typically 8:00am to 11:00pm Monday – Sunday.

However, this is all driven by the movie schedule and ticket sales, so it could change week to week.

Responsibility –

The ask is if we can hire daily temps to support the verification process of the vax cards daily.

They would receive onsite training.
Availability
– The employee would have to make them self-available for an 8hr shift on Friday, Saturday Sunday and holidays (Special Event Premiers ) which happens sometimes on Tuesday or Thursday.
Challenge
– The team usually schedules employees two weeks in advance.

However depending on ticket sales the management team can cancel the employees up to 48hrs prior to show times.
