Fraud Projects & Analytics Lead (Remote)

The Opportunity We are seeking a talented Fraud Project and Analytics Lead to provide expertise in ongoing companywide projects regarding Fraud operations for all platforms. Provide support to Fraud organization on internal project initiatives. What You Can Look Forward to Leads project initiatives that support the Fraud organization.3 plus years experience with FICO/ Falcon and Rule writing experience. Support internal fraud initiatives for the overall Fraud organization.Provides effective and consistent communication to management, external clients and vendors.Assists with planning and implementation of new products, product enhancements and special projects.Provides effective and consistent communication to staff and management on companywide projects.Leads fraud specific tasks associated to projects.Assist client relationship teams regarding fraud impact of new project initiatives.Monitors team metrics and reporting to determine progress in meeting goals.Develop and maintain successful working relationship with industry and vendor partners.Team with other departments to communicate effectively, and completely.Timely and thorough communication regarding pertinent industry information, trends and changes to staff and clients.Work with managers to identify all new department-related products, services, and enhancements.Assist in the planning and implementation of new products, product enhancements and special projects.Responsible for reporting risks that are identified to the appropriate team and/or management.
