Lauderdale office of Akerman LLP seeks an Associate with 1 to 3 years of general commercial litigation experience.
We are seeking a creative, yet pragmatic, thinker who takes initiative and is focused on solving complex problems efficiently.
A strong desire to take depositions, argue motions or hearings in court, and try cases is preferred.
This individual must have the ability to work as a team member in a collaborative environment.
Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills are required.
