Job Purpose: The Store Planner will be responsible for executing aspects of pre-season and in-season store planning, including storesales plans and deviations, regular hind sighting, in-season analysis and inventory management for an assigned group ofForever 21 stores.

The Planner will monitor performance at the store level and serve as a checks-and-balances tool forAllocation and merchandise Financial Planning ensuring that store inventory reflects the Merchandising strategy that willmaximize profitability.

Deliverables: Analyze stores by location identifying business opportunities/liabilities focusing on corporate initiatives Supports business strategy by overseeing the development of inventory plans, size strategies and seasonal flow strategiesto ensure adequate stock levels are maintained to achieve sales goals Collaborate with cross functional partners to plan and communicating new store set ups to ensure optimal, tailoredassortments by location Maintain store profiles, clustering like stores to develop micro-tailored bottom-up store merchandise plans based onhistorical sales trends and insights from Buying groups Respond and react to callouts from the Store field organization.

Actively participate in allocations meetings to review focus stores, store initiatives and ensure correct DC splits.

Complete ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications: Analytical Degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Math, Economics, etc.) Must have 2-3 years of Inventory Management experience; Prior store planning experience preferred Advanced Excel skills required, including v-lookups, pivot tables, and basic macros; Must be able to manipulate largequantities of data in Microsoft Excel to drive business decisions Must have excellent time-management and organization skills Demonstrates strong listening, written and oral communications skills Must have knowledge of retail math, including return on investments, gross margin, initial markup, etc.
