Job Purpose: The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for the translation of business needs into effective technical solutions by determining the requirements of medium to large projects, and communicating clearly to all stakeholders, and partners.

They will also be responsible for providing analysis and reporting to support the credit and loyalty programs.

Job Duties: Collaborate with external vendors, internal departments, and company leadership to design, develop, and implement business systems Define project scope and objectives, documenting business requirements, and creating use cases, and user stories Perform cost-benefits and return on investment (ROI) analyses for proposed systems Evaluate existing systems through gap analysis, developing viable alternative solutions by working closely with project partners to align designs that enable the achievement of strategic business outcomes Assess system and error trends to identify and resolve defects in the production environment and provide recommendations to prevent future incidents Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and prepare user documentation for projects, system fixes and enhancements Research industry trends and best practices Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications: Bachelors Degree with a focus on IT, business management, statistics, or equivalent experience.

5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or equivalent experience 3 years of retail business experience Strong skills with MS Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint Working knowledge of application development along with technical architecture and infrastructure Strong knowledge of waterfall and agile project methodology, including SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence Ecommerce experience Salesforce in particular Mobile app experience CRM, loyalty, and / or marketing experience Credit program experience, including co-branded and private label credit cards Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of employeesWhat we Expect Customer Obsession; you know who your customer is and working in service to them is working in service to our end consumer.
