Job Purpose TheLicensingCoordinatorwillbe responsible for providing day-to-day administrative and operations support totheLicensingteam.Youll be focused on managing important projects and executing day-to-day duties that keep ourLicensingteam on-track.

Deliverables: Work closely with license partners on day to day communication, requests, and submissions Handles license product approvals from concept to final stages and making sure all required samples are tracked and submitted Keep track of licensor and brand guidelines Maintains all communication and approvals for all stages of licensed collection life cycle Request and input sales and royalty forecast from licensees into databases and systems Assist and track royalty reports,manage and update collection calendars Enter and update data from licensing term sheets, amendments,andrenewals Compile and track collection life cycle and progress Assist with competitive analysis for brands; monitor the brand competitive set through online research and store visits Orchestrate product requests for photoshoots from licensees Prepare financial analysis recaps for the brand portfolio as needed (i.E.

by retailer, by product category etc.) Ad-hoc projects as requested Knowledge,Skills,andQualifications: BS/BApreferred Musthaveatleast1yearofexperience infashion, consumer products, creative agency, marketing, retail, or related field Interest in trend, marketing, social platforms Some experience with product approvals Knowledge ofLicensed Merchandise Is a highly motivated self-starter with a strong interest in learning about brand management and isnt afraid to get their hands dirty Expects the unexpected and is a flexible and adaptable individual who is comfortable with the unknown Musthave experience withMicrosoftWord,Excel, and PowerPointWhat we Expect Customer Obsession; you know who your customer is and working in service to them is working in service to our end consumer.
