Bottega Louie Restaurant & Patisserie debuted in DTLA in 2009 and has since gained a legendary reputation as a world class patisserie and luxury Italian restaurant.
We recently opened our second location in West Hollywood and have opportunities for hospitality professionals to join our team.
We are looking for Food Runners that embody the following:
* A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
* A genuine passion for providing the highest level of hospitality to all of our guests
* Attention to detail and willingness to deliver an exceptional guest experience
* Professional appearance and the ability to consistently adhere to our attire standards
* Must have a flexible schedule, available to work 30+ hours per week (for Full Time): days, nights and/or weekends
Job Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate a hospitable approach to all who are coming in to enjoy the Bottega Louie experience
* Have extensive knowledge of the Bottega Louie food and patisserie items that you are delivering to tables
* Perform station opening/closing and side work duties for each shift, always checking out with the manager on duty
* Master the use of tray service and properly serving each dish to our guests
* Demonstrate leadership by displaying job expertise, flexibility, positive attitude, initiative, organization, communication skills, and enthusiasm
* Understand and embody the Bottega Louie brand
Qualified Food Runners must be energetic, enthusiastic, and have a great attitude.
Two Years’ experience is a plus.
