Removes dirty plates, glasses and utensils from other tables and delivers them to the dishwashing station Notifies the expediter of other tables ready to be served Replenishes the stations with product and supplies to include hot water, brewed coffee beans, tea, milk, utensils, plates, bread, butter, jellies, other garnishes and condiments Breaks down and cleans work area, storing perishable product, cleaning equipment and supplies, and restocking to end of day par levels TEAM MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES AS A FOOD RUNNER Courtesy, Dignity, and Respect
