The Food Runner creates an excellent dining experience for guests by serving them in a professional and efficient manner.
QUALIFICATIONS: Food and Beverage experience helpful, but not required.
Must be able to effectively multitask.
Must be physically able to safely lift and carry trays and cases weighing up to 40lbs.
Must be physically able to climb, lift, reach, bend, and stoop.
Must be able to work in a standing position and walk for long periods of time.
Must be able to effectively and professionally communicate with guest, co-workers, and management.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist the servers regarding food and beverage service.
Prepare required condiments and sides prior to service.
Confirm that all orders from the kitchen are accurate, have all required condiments, and are presentable then serve to the guest.
Responsible for monitoring supplies, maintaining stock, and keeping the kitchen/caf areas in a clean and orderly fashion at all times.
Responsible for assisting the servers in keeping sections and service areas in a clean and orderly fashion.
Monitor kitchen times and relay times to servers/management.
Maintain knowledge of menu and specials.
Other duties may be assigned as business demands.
