Responsibilities:We are currently looking for an Account Engineer to join our team.

As an Account Engineer you will need to understand the nature of the customer’s business, their goals and the risks they face.

In addition, a successful candidate will need to work closely with existing clients, prospects and brokers to practically solve engineering problems while professionally representingAFM Insurance Company.

Qualifications:This position requires someone with an engineering degree/engineering from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 12 months of Loss Control field engineering experience with 5+ years preferred.A successful candidate will have strong written and oral communication skills; teamwork skills and initiative; the ability to identify, quantify, and understanding hazards in all basic occupancies.Demonstrated ability to utilize technology and effective time management skills.This person will have field inspection activity account for approximately 20-40% of their time, with overnight travel anticipated at 5-10%.
