Job duties include:- Prepping for events including: cleaning glass, pulling inventory, putting together tool kits & bridal kits, putting together welcome baskets, creating place cards, compiling favors, stuffing invitations, and other misc. crafty things that comes with our events!- Deliveries around Los Angeles (we provide the shop van that you can drive, assuming you have a valid license) – Looking for someone who is efficient and can navigate around the city with a smiling face on delivery (we will provide company tshirt for you to wear for deliveries)- Floral maintenance – cleaning flowers as they come in, prepping buckets, keeping the flower room tidy and fresh- Loading & unloading vans for events- Inventorying from events and organization of inventory (sweeping, dusting, lifting boxes, organizing, etc.)- Misc. shop management: answering phones, sweeping, keeping things orderly, running errands for supplies, etc.Schedule would be 4 days a week in Encino plus Saturday and/or Sunday for event installations and strikes.
