Floral and Event Production assistant

Job duties include:
– Prepping for events including: cleaning glass, pulling inventory, putting together tool kits & bridal kits, putting together welcome baskets, creating place cards, compiling favors, stuffing invitations, and other misc.

– Deliveries around Los Angeles (we provide the shop van that you can drive, assuming you have a valid license)
– Looking for someone who is efficient and can navigate around the city with a smiling face on delivery (we will provide company tshirt for you to wear for deliveries)
– Floral maintenance
– cleaning flowers as they come in, prepping buckets, keeping the flower room tidy and fresh
– Loading & unloading vans for events
– Inventorying from events and organization of inventory (sweeping, dusting, lifting boxes, organizing, etc.)
– Misc.

shop management: answering phones, sweeping, keeping things orderly, running errands for supplies, etc.Schedule would be 4 days a week in Encino plus Saturday and/or Sunday for event installations and strikes.

Hours would range depending on how many events we have
