JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for floor coating installers/laborers. We provide on-the-job training of our floor coating system. We service all of LA and Ventura county.
Pay is dependent on experience and will be reflective of your performance and work ethic. There is room for rapid advancement in responsibility and pay.
The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:

- Ability to Work Flexible Schedule (weekends, nights, long hours).
- Ability to Lift at Least 50 lbs.
Job duties include, but are not limited to, concrete prep, diamond grinding, mixing materials, general clean-up, application of epoxy and polyurea floor coating system. Flexible hours, occasional weekends, and travel time to jobsites throughout Los Angeles and Ventura counties is required for this position.
Must have reliable transportation, be authorized to work in the U.S., and pass a background check.
Must be able to perform physical activities, such as, but not limited to, lifting equipment (50 lbs. unassisted, over 50 lbs. assisted), bending, standing, climbing, or walking. Must be able to safely use manual tools and power equipment common in the construction and painting trades. Must be able to handle hazardous materials safely and tolerate exposure to electrical hazards. Must be able to complete and pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen. Any exceptions to these requirements must be submitted as an exception to the requirements per ADA (American Disabilities Act) and will require verification of disability by a treating physician. Additionally, the employer may deny the request if it imposes undue hardship on the employer.
