We are currently focusing on web commercial production for Japanese clients, both based in Japan as well as in the US.Our mission is to bring Japan and the global market closer to each other through our expertise.We have been an industry leader in the field of online marketing and content creation and have a total of 5 offices in Japan with more than 200 members.*The Job *We are seeking a full-time Production Coordinator / Assistant who will work closely for and with by assisting the General Manager.This position will be our second hire for the company in the US, so we are looking for individuals who are open to taking on a wide variety of tasks!*Responsibilities *Communicating with client, creative partners and members from our Japan office.Helping to track and coordinate project deliverables to ensure that deadlines are met.Managing pre-production for shoots.Assisting with organizing receipts and managing production financials.Monitoring project schedule and assisting in its operations.Organize and coordinate travel arrangements for personnel both internally and externally.Help curate databases and establish relationships with vendors, ATL and BTL crew members.Submit necessary production paperwork.Translate Japanese emails, documents and their contents to English and vice versa.*Requirements *Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and be a self-starter.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and be self sufficient.Ability to work independently and take initiative along with attention to details.Strong work ethic, reliable, mature, professional and positive attitude.Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.Available to be present for physical production or meetings when required.Available to be present at our office once or twice a week.Holds a legal and valid status to work in the US.Fluent in English and Japanese.*Preference *Previous working experience with managing production budgets.Experience in film production or project management.*The Benefits *Medical Insurance.Dental Insurance.Parking fees reimbursements.Access to Wework membership to be able to work at any Wework location.All other Federal and State required including but not limited to, worker’s comp, Social Security and various leaves/vacations.Job Type: Full-timePay: $30,000.00 $45,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayAbility to Commute/Relocate:Los Angeles, CA 90028 (Preferred)Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Language:Japanese (Required)Work Location:One locationWork Remotely:Temporarily due to COVID-19
