We’re on a mission to disrupt the $400B industry with our technology-driven marketplace that not only creates a radically better and more transparent career search experience for candidates, but also fundamentally changes recruiting by shortening time-to-hire and maximizing efficiency for clients.The Role & Responsibilities: Utilize internal data and external market research to identify, evaluate, and prioritize client accounts.Conduct client on-boarding, provide training and share best practices.Deliver product demos, provide insightful observations and data, and recommend creative ways for clients to be successful on Filtosh.Manage an expanding group of clients.

Focus on driving placements, client education and satisfaction.Persistently explore and uncover the hiring needs of our clients and work with the Talent Advocacy team to make suggestions of how we can help them grow their business.Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your clients.Deliver against tight deadlines.Be a strong team player and act as an owner of the business.Qualifications & Experience: 0-3 years of experience gained in sales, account management, consulting, investment banking, or recruiting.

Client-facing experience preferred.Exceptional client management, communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal).Ability to provide top-caliber client service using your consultative sales, analytical, and relationship-building skills.Passionate about client success, working with entrepreneurial companies, and revolutionizing the industry.Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-focused environment.Strong critical thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset.Quick learner, detail oriented and a self-starter.
