Field Provider Relations

Daily Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for calling providers on PARS (Physical Accessibility Review Survey) high volume list to schedule a PARS assessment, conduct assessment, data enter results, and provide provider office with results/recommendations of findings.
  • Will be required to complete PARS assessments at provider offices across LA County (must have own transportation).
  • Conducts on site PARS audits/reviews with individual Cal MediConnect and MediCal PCPs, High Volume Specialists, CBAS and Ancillary sites, and Hospitals and documents findings using the DHCS assessment tool according to DHCS MMCD Policy Letter 12-006, 14-005, 15-023 or current requirement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in health related field (Health Administration, Health Science, Epidemiology, Public Health, etc.)
  • Active Driver’s license, auto insurance, and ability to pass DMV report
  • 2+ years of provider-facing experience and experience communicating with Provider’s Offices
  • Computer Skills: Excel, Word, SharePoint
  • WFH capability ??? smart phone, private work space, high speed internet
  • Fully vaccinated for COVID

Hours for this Position:

  • Mon- Fri, 9am-5pm

Pay: 24/hour
