Microsoft Federal is looking for a collaborative team member with a growth mindset to shape and lead key transformation programs for Microsoft Federal.As part of the Team, this position isresponsible for leading successful Federal transformation (change) planning, orchestration, strategic communication and change management for Microsoft Federal through various aspects of the organization and business lifecycle stages.**Responsibilities**+ Develop a single, integrated change plan across new fiscal year planning and Empower Success, deploying practical frameworks, tools and templates (®PROSCI) to make fast progress, adapting and implementation resources to increase efficiency and business agility+ Deeply understand the Commercial Execution Playbooks and the Empower Success Release Guide to foster ideation, leveraging innovation to drive continuous strategic business change+ Advise, guide and direct Federal Leadership and vTeams on change management strategy, planning and execution (secure sponsorship)+ Drive execution excellence of the Federal change plan+ Work closely with all change management stakeholders, Program Leads and Federal Engineering to coordinate landing and adoption for key programs and releases+ Lead reinforcement and surface feedback and insights through planning rhythms+ Partner with Landing and Adoption Leads to align and prioritize resource, agree on KPIs, execute and support change+ Make informed decisions and set Federal Pulse Improvement plans leveraging global best-practice research, trends and expert advice+ Identify Federal initiatives with growth potential by exploring unmet pain points; ideate new ways to solve them; develop the business case for change; and identify possible partners to develop the solution.+ Drive end-to-end change program and manage and coordinate CM LT, Provide CM status, reporting and escalation to Executive Sponsors**Qualifications**+ 7+ years of Program Management / Operations experience and should be self-motivated, confident in working with Senior Leaders and comfortable working in a matrix organization.+ Able to achieve results through influence across multiple organizations.

Executive exposure and cross-functional stakeholder management+ Proven stakeholder management skills.+ Strong cross-group collaboration skills to access creative solutions in a highly complex, fast-moving business.+ Ability to effectively prioritize and coordinate multiple work streams of activities.+ Experience collaborating with multiple distributed teams in order to drive initiatives on time, within budget and with quality.+ Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational, time management, presentation, and writing skills.+ Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented with strong capabilities to lead and thrive in start-up type organizationsCitizenship Verification: The successful candidate must be a U.S.

Citizen.This position requires verification of US Citizenship to meet federal government security requirements.Cloud Screening: Candidates must be able to successfully complete and pass a Microsoft Cloud background screening.
