You Are: The Lead SAP Basis Administrator will manage a team of 25, that has responsibility for the SAP Netweaver landscape, which includes performing configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the Basis component of the SAP systems and associated technologies, including Oracle and HANA databases.

The team will work with different SAP system types, including ECC, BWoH, PI, Portal, Solution Manager, GRC, and Business Objects.

Administrative functions include upgrades, system component installation, installation of patches and support pack stacks, landscape maintenance, transport management, performance monitoring, STIG, and troubleshooting issues.

The environment is located within the AWS cloud, The Senior Manager is client facing, therefore good communication and organizational skills are required .

The Work: Will be responsible for contributing to and driving development of the technical end solution Will be responsible for detailed development of all aspects related to the client’s business processes and/or activities Minding integration between activities and other sub teams to ensure efficiency, integrity and best practice including but not limited to, ensuring proper support of other Integrated Project Teams, government counterparts and, in some cases, other assigned Accenture resources Here Is What You Need: Bachelors Degree or 7 years of equivalent industry experience Experience with SAP Experience managing/leading a team Bonus Points If: Advanced Degree 10 years of industry experience 10 years of experience with SAP Familiarity with MicroFocus ALM, Test automation via Worksoft Certify and/or NextLabs Familiarity of operating within a cloud landscape The Extras: US Citizenship Required As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.

For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $151,500
– $212,300 and information on benefits offered is here.
