With 1,500+ employees worldwide, the firm has offices in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific region.

New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, Atlanta, Washington D.C., Dallas, Houston, and Nashville are the primary markets.

They are building out the Financial Advisory Services practices at all levels & industry verticals in those areas.

Offices are not segmented by industry vertical.

The group is comprised of tenured public accounting and advisory professionals who provide private equity and corporate clients buy side and sell side financial accounting due diligence.

These positions will actively engage in assessing quality of earnings, analyzing cash flows, reviewing working capital, identifying key business drivers, reviewing forecasts, and conducting comprehensive discussions with management and their advisors.

Firm stock prices have doubled over the last 4-5 years and business is up about 55% year over year during that time.

Responsibilities:
Lead or participate in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements Possess the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously Assist or lead discussions with senior client executives and target management Execute and review diligence through fieldwork, management meetings and desktop review Review target company financial information and other data to identify: Historical and projected financial and operating and commercial trends Potential liabilities and risks which impact valuation and negotiation of the target company Draft and review reports specific to key issues such as normalized quality of earnings, achievability of management’s budget, indebtedness considerations, and post-transaction working capital analysis Develop and review financial models including database systems Oversee and summarize first generation research Extend industry skills and qualifications Develop professional network and relationships with firm, client and target professionals Oversee audit work paper review Review transaction agreements, customer and supplier contracts and develop valuation considerations Assist in initiating and extending group marketing and client development efforts Collaborate closely with corporate finance, valuation and financial restructuring colleagues

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting CPA required 5
– 20+ years of current or former Big 4 Transaction Advisory Services / Deal Advisory / Financial Due Diligence experience required Highly self-motivated team player with an exceptional work ethic Demonstrated understanding and application of capital markets and valuation concepts Solid knowledge of US GAAP including SEC reporting, purchase accounting and transaction related issues Working understanding of common transaction tax related matters Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word Ability and willingness to travel
