Educates internal and external business partners on ADP’s Risk policy and risk mitigation practices.
Running/assisting in building financial data analysis, and incorporating guidance received on validated assumptions, as well as challenging data and information integrity.
Acts with urgency regarding escalations, unfunded payrolls, Non-Sufficient Funds collection, and over threshold requirements to prevent losses.
Works closely with all levels of management internally and externally to ensure risk and retention goals are achieved.
Delicately balances risk mitigation processes with client retention, client experience, and revenue gains.

Negotiates resolution of client disputes while maintaining balance between financial risk and revenue risk Works internal case management queues to facilitate resolution of client problems.
Swiftly resolves Service Center questions and issues regarding complex technical topics or funding concerns.
Works with clients on education and resolution related to financial and funding matters.
Reviews and works queue cases to ensure appropriate service and escalation resolution.30% Technical SupportUtilizes technical knowledge of products and features, strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Visio internet applications.
Educates internal and external business partners on policy and risk mitigation practices.
Troubleshoots and provides technical support to Financial Compliance associates and management, regarding the TotalPay and Tax Filing features, procedures, and credit resources.
Acts as technical resource for Tax and money movement related issues.
Acts as a subject matter expert for internal and external business partners regarding system issues, ADP Risk Policy, operational procedures, and Fed Tax Deposit cycles.
Provides support for Associates on escalations and interpretation of complex technical issues.
30% Project ManagementDevelops, plans, and manages projects which impact the overall goals and objectives.
Completes thorough analysis to develop new processes, reporting tools and value-added initiatives to aid in risk mitigation.
Innovates solutions and analyzes data to provide recommendations regarding policy adherence and resource allocation.
Recommends improvements to existing business practices to drive efficiencies, processes and procedures while focusing on results driven tasks that enrich the client’s experience as well as reduce potential losses.
Makes recommendations to contingency and crisis management planning to ensure business initiatives are met while ensuring risk avoidance measures are taken.
20% Monitoring and reporting
– Oversees daily work activities of Financial Compliance Representatives, and updates management on progress.
Generates team or department reporting.
Has authority to release financial disbursements in accordance with the ADP Risk Policy’s predefined approval limit after conducting an appropriate assessment of a client’s risk portfolio.
Performs behavior modeling to proactively minimize financial exposure by making recommendations on features and funding to balance risk with retention goals.
Prepares daily and monthly reports for management review.
Facilitates daily status calls to ensure critical funding matters are addressed timely.
