is a young contemporary brand seeking a motivated online sales associate (Fashiongo platform) to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate must be a great communicator, highly organized with a keen eye for detail, and be able to work in a fast-paced team environment shifting priorities as needed.
Responsibilities include:
Manage Fashiongo platform including process orders; upload new arrivals;
Process & keep track of Fashiongo orders and communicate customer notes to the shipping department so that all orders are shipped properly;
Maintain & grow relationships with existing clients/wholesale online accounts;
Help merchandise the showroom (keep samples organized, set display mannequins & merchandise to appeal to the customer, etc);
Strong and Effective e-mail & verbal communication;
Communicate trends, customers’ desires, and needs to the design/production team;
Performing other duties as required;
Intermediate to Advanced computer proficiency: Gmail, Microsoft Excel, website admin portals, ERP systems.
Qualifications:
Punctual, organized & driven person;
Strong communication skills both written (e-mail) & verbally (in-person);
Great account management skills;
Minimum 2-year wholesale online work experience in the wholesale/fashion industry;
Great time management, knowing how to stay productive even when work isn’t being given to them;
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines & meet goals;
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.’

Pay: $18.00
– $25.00 per hour
