What you will be doing:
Curating the overall guest experience and expectation throughout the stay.
Assisting our guests from the moment they reserve, all the way through their departure, creating a truly wonderful memory that will be remembered for a lifetime.
Oversee the first of its kind lounge experience that provides elevated beverage and food offerings for breakfast, snacks and evening canaps.
Interact with and build lasting relationships with Fairmont Gold guests during the check-in, butler services and check-out experience.
Your experience and skills include:
Experience in a supervisory role at a 5-star hotel as an asset
A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus
Proficiency with PMS and hotel operating systems is preferred
Experience in a Food & Beverage operation an asset
Fluent spoken and written English

The highly anticipated Fairmont Century Plaza offers 400 guestrooms & suites, an array of food and beverage concepts including a rooftop bar, a caf , a modern American brasserie; a 14,000 square foot world-class spa, a state of the art fitness facility, a rooftop swimming pool and nearly 24,000 square feet of private event space.
