POSITION OVERVIEW: Facility Specialists directly support the facility manager and team with on-going team related responsibilities to ensure successful service delivery of ProSearchers facility needs. At times one might be exposed to sensitive information requiring considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Participate in weekly Facilities meetings; participate in weekly Admin meetings.
• Assist with off- boarding.
• Desk set-up for new hires; occasionally assist IT department with computer set-ups.
• Event set-up for company events
• Sort & distribute incoming mail and packages.
• Front desk receptionist duties: check- in guests, receive incoming/outgoing mail, respond on airphone, operate iLobby visitor management.
• Daily office walkthroughs for upkeep and minor security surveillance.
• Restocking of supply cabinets, copy, break, and conference rooms.
• Coordinate the maintenance of office equipment, copiers, and office supplies.
• Receive, store, and distribute office supplies.
• Ensures office equipment is in proper working order and available for use.
• Full CCTV surveillance
QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE):
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• One year minimum experience in Customer Service
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite
• Team Player
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Repetitive movement of hands and fingers-typing and/or writing
• Have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading
• Prolonged periods standing and walking throughout facilities.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Compensation range – $18.00 to $22.00/hour
