Facilities Coordinator

nnOur client, a global broadcast media and entertainment company, is actively looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join their team in Los Angeles!

This person will work 100% remote but should be L.A.

local.

nn nn n nn nn ***This is a 6 month contract with the opportunity to extend or convert*** nn nn n nn nn Responsibilities nn Utilize Maintenance, Repair, and Operations tools for supporting processes including delivery logistics Support the material delivery value chain engaging with strategic sourcing and vendor teams developing quotes, proposals, catalog updates and requirements in support of production Process vendor invoices and production billings Research and develop contacts with new suppliers for non-standard or unique production requests Develop and utilize metrics to optimize central material ordering processes Minimize material excess, manage return process and deliver materials accurately and on time Conduct periodic inventory validation/adjustments of standard production materials based on current and/or anticipated production needs Utilize the company integrated workplace management system and production billing systems and tools nn n nn nn Desired Skills & Experience nn 1-2+ years of experience working in a Facilities or Maintenance/Repair/Operations role, ideally at a large organization Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Experience with the MS Office Suite: Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint
