Responsibilities:
Performing audit or review procedures, or assisting in other projects, as assigned Understanding the client’s business and industry and accounting and control systems Developing an understanding of the Firm’s audit approach Assessing risks and evaluating the client’s internal control structure Performing and documenting analytical procedures, substantive tests, and tests of controls to identify and resolve accounting or reporting issues Reviewing or assisting in the drafting of financial statements and other client deliverables Supervising staff accountants and interns, as required
Minimum Qualifications:
1.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Accounting or related field
2.
Approximately one to two years of experience in public accounting
3.
Must be CPA eligible and working towards obtaining the license by taking and passing the applicable state CPA exam, or holds a current and valid CPA’s license
4.
Demonstrated ability to communicate (i.e., read, write, speak) with business level fluency in English
