Better Future is about giving more than we take. Job Description Citizant is seeking a Senior DEVSECOPS Engineer to support a U.S. Air Force project at Maxwell-Gunter AFB in Montgomery, AL. As a DevSecOps engineer, you will provide leadership in the DevSecOps areas of Vulnerability Scanning, Certificate Management, Password Policy Management, Data Analysis of security monitoring outputs, coordination of Remediation Patching, and other daily Security and Compliance efforts. In this role, you will be expected to choose and deploy the appropriate automated application security testing tools and ensure the users are aware of how to make the most of application security features. You will also introduce processes, tools, and methodologies to balance needs throughout the software development life cycle, from coding and deployment, to maintenance and updates. Qualifications Required Skillset: United States Citizenship Active DoD Secret Security Clearance 5-10 years, hands-on experience working in the field of DevOps. Understanding programming languages such as Java, Perl, Python, PHP, and Ruby. Must have an understanding of the following: Agile Process Understanding Software Application Development & Sustainment Knowledge of risk assessment framework and threat modeling techniques.
