Signarama, the world’s largest sign franchise, is seeking experienced, sign-industry customer service/inside sales representatives for our team serving Santa Monica, West Los Angeles and the South Bay.

The Customer Service Representative – officially Client Accounts Specialist (CAS) – is a key role within a Signarama location. The CAS is the in-house representative for our clients and is responsible for ensuring client branding requirements are fully met by ensuring complete and accurate information from sales to production, on-time progress and excellent ongoing communication with clients.
.Requirements:
- MINIMUM two years experience in sign industry sales or customer service
- A warm, friendly, caring demeanor
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
- Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
- Ability to keep track of many projects – multi-tasker and organized
- Excellent communications skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Confidence and comfort with learning new software
- Experience with Zendesk a major plus
- Sign Industry Experience a major plus

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
- Ensure Client Satisfaction
- Respond to all inquiries expeditiously
- Oversee projects from beginning to end
- BE the inhouse client advocate
