Signarama, the world’s largest sign franchise, is seeking experienced, sign-industry customer service/inside sales representatives for our team serving Santa Monica, West Los Angeles and the South Bay.

If you are a professional people-person with proven sign industry customer service or inside sales experience, dedicated to ensuring a positive client experience, we are the place for you!

The Customer Service Representative – officially Client Accounts Specialist (CAS) – is a key role within a Signarama location. The CAS is the in-house representative for our clients and is responsible for ensuring client branding requirements are fully met by ensuring complete and accurate information from sales to production, on-time progress and excellent ongoing communication with clients.

.Requirements:

  • MINIMUM two years experience in sign industry sales or customer service
  • A warm, friendly, caring demeanor
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
  • Ability to keep track of many projects – multi-tasker and organized
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Confidence and comfort with learning new software
  • Experience with Zendesk a major plus
  • Sign Industry Experience a major plus

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:

  • Ensure Client Satisfaction
  • Respond to all inquiries expeditiously
  • Oversee projects from beginning to end
  • BE the inhouse client advocate
