Experience Strategist, TV

Positioned at the intersection of design, entertainment and technology, our client’s TV Content Design team is comprised of many different backgrounds, experiences and interests. They are a passionate, innovative group focused on maximizing outstanding design and systems to increase awareness, fuel engagement and strengthen the connection audiences have to our platform and the growing catalogue of titles.They represent their shows visually and also work with key stakeholders to evolve the TV platform viewers’ overall experience. If so, this role may be for you!DescriptionIn the Experience Strategist role, you will work across a variety of projects to identify and blend cultural, behavioral and technological insights that fuel ideation. You will craft briefs to inspire meaningful work that evolves the experience our viewers have with the client’s TV service. Your work will be integral in bringing some of TV’s biggest shows to the product.You should be able to be under your purview as the work takes shape, and expert presentation skills will come in handy.Our client is enthusiastic about creativity and you will partner with stellar creators of all types (writers, producers, designers, motion artists, etc.) to do the best work of your life. You may engage with show runners, product managers and creative directors all in the same day as the role is highly collaborative. Excellent communication and partnership are essential to our success. Flexibility will be key as new findings and feedback surface in our fast-paced environment.The team is dynamic, rooted in the client’s culture and constantly evolving. Our space is incredibly unique in that it is both new and also well-established. You will contribute greatly to the genesis and prioritization of learning roadmaps, establishing and representing fruitful territories to explore. Looking through a principled lens, you will tell compelling stories about the work internally and will help to champion and manage ideas as they come to life.With a firm understanding of product priorities and an insatiable desire to celebrate the effects of impeccable content design, you will be inspired by – and create – significant moments that are timely and relevant while balancing and managing the evergreen nature of our work. As an advocate for our viewers, you will deliver impactful work that helps shape the future of TV.Key Qualifications* 6-8+ years communications, marketing or brand strategy experience (entertainment experience preferred)* Proven success with understanding audience, user needs* High fluency and impact in the technology, product innovation space* Ability to partner with global teams across an ecosystem* Brand or communications planning experience* Passion and value for both qualitative and quantitative data* Fluidity between right and left brained thinking* Synthesis and concise, impactful communication of complex ideas* Composure and influential communication across a variety of partners* Skilled at opportunity identification and creative ideationEducation & ExperienceBachelors Degree or equivalent experience preferredClient DescriptionOur client, a leader in consumer electronics, is one of the greatest, most innovative, world-changing companies ever created!
