Executive Assistant to Founder/CEO

Los Angeles based independent production company with a robust slate of movies and TV series in development has an opening for an Executive Assistant to the Founder of the company.

The Executive Assistant to the Founder serves as the chief point of contact for all of the professional and personal needs of the CEO.

The Exec Assistant organizes and oversees all of the principal’s scheduling and movements and will work closely with the executive’s team to ensure that all aspects of the day to day are organized and maintained.

Responsibilities Include:
Oversee busy calendar and manage all scheduling
Coordinate and oversee all aspects of travel
Coordinate with the principal’s extended and personal teams as needed including with the Executive office, business managers, personal travel agent, and estate staff
Manage expenses
Stay up to date on current projects, contacts, affiliations, and activities in order to best support and prepare CEO
Travel as support staff (on set, film festivals, etc)
– as needed
Run errands as needed
Oversee & ensure fulfilment of personal requests and needs
Skills

· Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and interpersonal)

· Excellent time management and organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize in busy production office

· Ability to work independently

· Must be a detail-oriented and a service-oriented individual

Requirements And Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience

· 3+ years of prior experience in supporting mid
– to senior-level executives in entertainment, business, management, or related field

· Administrative experience in a production/creative environment a plus

· Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Google Suite

· Proficiency in Premiere, Final Draft and/or After Effects a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00
– $85,000.00 per year
