Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented with a track record of carrying out crucial responsibilities in a timely manner.

This role serves as a liaison for senior management teams by organizing and coordinating executive outreach.

The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise sound judgement in a variety of situations while managing competing priorities.

What You’ll Do Provide sophisticated calendar management including meeting and event coordination Work closely with CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities; follow-up as necessary Maintain database management system(s) as requested Prepare presentations, agendas, special projects and other documents that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead and focus on high-priority tasks Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion Arrange travel accommodations and all adjacent logistics required Prepare and submit expense reports Be responsive to emails, phone calls, and messages with contacts Handle day-to-day office operations and requests appropriately Be available at our Venice, CA offices and travel with the CEO as necessary Other duties as assigned by the CEO What You’ll Bring 3 years of prior relevant assistant experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment Outstanding organizational skills with strong attention to detail Tech-savviness with an ability to navigate new systems quickly Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload Able to work independently while having a team player mentality Strong problem-solving abilities with customer service drive Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability for discretion and confidentiality in everything you do Our Culture & Perks Beautiful headquarters office in Venice, CA Competitive market salaries and full employee medical benefits Autonomy to build something from the ground up 401k match Comprehensive Medical/Dental/Vision benefits Employee premium coverage Dependent coverage Life Balance Initiatives and wellness benefits such as a subscription to Headspace, responsible time off, a dedicated Recharge Room, and daily healthy lunches provided when in office(p(by Jobble(/p(
