Executive Assistant / Property Management Coordinator

A top Business Executive and Real Estate Investor is seeking a hard-working and self-driven individual to join their team as an Executive Assistant / Property Management Coordinator.

This is a hybrid position for a dedicated and experienced candidate with a background in property or community management.

The Executive Assistant in this role will have the opportunity to make a valuable contribution handling a diverse and interesting portfolio of properties (Industrial, Multi-Family, single family) while delivering excellent support alongside an amazing team.

Someone who has experience with light accounting, budgeting, and reports would be welcomed!

Experience with QuickBooks is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:
Handling all administrative duties on behalf of the Executive such as answering calls, organizing and scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, maintaining calendars, arranging complex travel, etc.

Research the market and keep up to date with market lease and rental rates.

Facilitate accounting related tasks, expense reports, and ensuring vendor invoices are paid Coordinate ongoing repairs and maintenance with insured vendors to comply with laws/regulations and expectations of principals.

Prepare and Manage Annual Budget and Monthly Financial Reporting including Income and Expense Statement, Account Payable Report, Receipts and Disbursement Reports, Balance Sheet, Bank Balances, Bank Reconciliations Maintain and manage property reporting, including tenant information, detailed rent rolls and expiring leases Act as primary point of contact for residential and commercial tenants

Requirements:
4+ years of Administrative Experience ideally with Property Management or Real Estate Bachelor’s Degree Preferred Exceptional organizational, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines while multi-tasking.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Exceptional attention to detail Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Products Proficient in QuickBooks Must be local to Los Angeles and be able to work onsite M-F, with reliable transportation and ability to travel locally as needed
