Executive Assistant (Los Angeles)

01 Advisors is seeking a highly motivated executive assistant to directly support our two managing partners, Dick Costolo (Former Twitter CEO) and Adam Bain (former Twitter COO). The firm takes a unique CEO coaching and advisory approach, making multi-stage investments in Consumer, Fintech, Gaming, Web3, and B2B companies. Our company culture has a proactive mindset, giving autonomy to lead in your role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

EA Focused:

• Coordinate and manage complex calendars efficiently to optimize time
• Ensure daily that all necessary pre-meeting preparations are in place
• Manage and track follow-up items from internal meetings and as requested
• Arrange and manage domestic, international and charter travel arrangements
• Support internal & external events
• Be responsive, resourceful and approachable
• Manage projects simultaneously, identify gaps and take ownership
• Office management in San Francisco for a small, hybrid workplace

Business Focused:

• Maintain a healthy system of record tracking all contacts, meetings, and company notes
• Maintain healthy communication between partners on deal flow process
• Maintain the company wide calendar to ensure a healthy balance of touchpoints across:
• LPs
• Venture network
• Talent/Candidates
• Sourced companies/founders
• Portfolio CEOs & key stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years experience as EA to CEOs or C-Level at startups, from early to growth stage, or within a venture firm.
• Familiarity with the venture capital space, and a strong desire to support our mission
• Ability to work autonomously with little direction, be solution oriented without a lot of detail
• Comfort with juggling multiple projects and relationships simultaneously
• The ability to travel domestically
• Ideally located in San Francisco or Bay Area to easily access our office weekly
