Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant job in Los Angeles:

  • Manage complex scheduling, calendar, travel, and time
  • Handle all administrative tasks as needed with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Implement new technology in the practice and be quick-to-learn
  • Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Executive Administrative experience in similar background or also consider hospitality, finance, banking, or entertainment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
