Executive Assistant

C level Executive Assistant.

Manage CEO’s calendar and schedule appointments.
•Represent the CEO by welcoming visitors, reviewing correspondence; arranging company dinnersand other company functions; answering questions and meeting requests directed to the CEO.
•Manage domestic and international travel; arrange company travel and meetings by developingitineraries and agendas; booking other transportation; arranging lodging and meetingaccommodations.
•Complete projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities;managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem solving; makingadjustments to plans.
•Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes, implementingchanges with CEO’s approval.
•Manage expense report coordination and submission.
•Assist with presentations, company sponsorships, event planning, promotional items and otherprojects as assigned.
•Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetingsevents, off-site meetings).
•Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items asrequested.
•Act as a liaison for direct reports.
