nn GENERAL DESCRIPTION: nn nn nn nnThe Executive Assistant will support the General Manager/COO by providing administrative support including, but not limited to, calendar management, responding to email inquires, monitoring phone calls, organizing meetings, and taking care of traveling arrangement when required.
nn nn nn nn JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: nn nn nn Understand the priorities and objectives of the General Manager/COO Manage complex calendars and scheduling with diplomacy and discretion for the General Manager/COO and at times for the Board of Directors Prioritize and handle multiple assignments while maintaining commitment to deadlines Prepare the Board Meeting Agenda and document Attend certain events as needed and directed by the General Manager/COO Conduct administrative duties, including filing, full office management, answering calls, responding to emails, preparing documents and presentations Ensure all Member correspondence is handled with accuracy in timely manner Ability to communicate with professionally with external and internal associates.
Arrange travel, schedule transit, make reservations and other plans as needed Regular use of discretion and sound judgement nn nn nn QUALIFICATIONS: nn nn nn nn
· 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry preferablynn Excellent time and project management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly professional and diplomatic Proficient knowledge of technology and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) nn n nn nnPosition has excellent benefits, reasonable work schedule, and excellent compensation in the $85-95 K range.
